Clean, spacious, functional, well-organized. Private parking and swimming pool. Close to the seaside. Great weather and delicious breakfast.

Very good location, convenient access by car, but also close to the centre on foot. Easy parking in front of the hotel, paying little for the Saturday morning hours. We do not include a buffet breakfast (10 euros) with the room reservation, as we prefer a lighter breakfast. The continental breakfast with coffee and tomato toast from the hotel cafeteria (5 euros) was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable. Comfortable bed.

They gave us room on the first floor. I would have preferred a higher floor, because of the views, to be more isolated from the street (a big avenue). we didn't really ask for any changes either, because when we entered the room it was quiet and curtains covered the light very well. first time I used the shower it was difficult to get the water at the right temperature, it was solved in a few minutes.

This is not the first time I have stayed here, as it has been my hotel of reference for my visits to Oviedo due to its good location. The upper floor is very good, as otherwise the rooms overlook a courtyard. The views from the 9th floor are very good.

The room was a bit tight, the mattress and pillow must be renewed, because the 2 nights I was both my wife and I had low back pain from the mattress not being able to rest properly and getting up in the morning. I understand that the room they gave me was not because of the good price I had booked. On the other hand, the 9th floor where I was, needs a renovation. On the other hand the breakfast buffet seems to me quite expensive as well as the option of the parking that offers the hotel, well it is true that there is blue zone of parking that for weekend it leaves more economic.

The rooms here are nice and the staff is fantastic.

room was very small, so much so that instead of putting a little table on each side of the bed there was only one. bed for two people was very small and mattress was not very good and bathroom was very small. We were given a single room for a double room. the price was not especially cheap compared to other rooms. We paid 132 euros for 3 nights without breakfast, some friends 141 euros with breakfast and a large room as well as the beds and bathroom. We protested at the reception but it didn't help, they clung to us that we booked a "cheap" room. hotel of four ✨ cannot lower its prices at the cost of lowering the quality of service. As I told the reception staff, they kept insisting that it was an "economy" room. Economical??? Where's the savings? Normal room 141 (large room, big bed, big bathroom, breakfast included). Economic room 132 Euros (mini room, small and uncomfortable bed, small bathroom, no breakfast). We do not enjoy the stay at all.

attention of the correct reception, acceptable location, 8 minutes walk from the center, room is clean and we had no inconvenience to rest at night. We had to complain because one day we arrived and door of the room had been left open and they didn't replace the shower gel for us to take a bath, for that reason they left us an apology note with some gifts the next day. In the minibar they leave 2 waters with gas and 2 without gas as a courtesy. close to the Llamaquique train station ( 500 mts ) to go to Gijón and Avilés and in the same block there is a bus stop.

We booked the double comfort room as we read bad reviews about the economic double mainly because of the views from the rooms that are internal, so we decided to pay a little more. But they gave us a room on the top floor, like a loft with a sloping roof and windows looking up to the sky, the room was almost internal and without the "views" it said in the reservation. The photo of that room is not published so it did not match what we thought we were booking. ( that's why I'm going to publish the photos of the room below). The room was quite old, except for the bathroom that was made to new. At night they turned off the air conditioning from the reception and every day ( we were 4 nights ) we had to call to ask them not to turn it off, the second night the phone stopped working and they never repaired it, and we had to go down to the reception to complain about the air. We did not pay for breakfast because we found it expensive ( 10 euros per person per night) and we had breakfast in the Jumbo cafeteria 80 mts from the hotel for 10 euros for 2 people.

Excellent location if you go by car with easy parking and 5 min away from the center by foot, friendly English speeking staff, comfortable rooms with all necessary toiletry, breakfast offer exceeds traditional continental expectation

In our case we booked two double rooms, at the same price, one was huge and very comfortable which deserved to be a 4 star hotel and other too small, with a double bed where we barely fit, if I have to rate the hotel for the first room I would give it a 10, wide, extra large bed, with window to the street, large bathroom with double sink to be super comfortable, other quite the opposite, small, narrow bed, giving an air of light, normal bathroom, nothing to do with each other. Otherwise the hotel is very good. breakfast is very good, food too and at a good price. parking lot is not in the hotel, around the corner and is a bit narrow, it's good. location is very comfortable to get there by car and then move around the city on foot.

The small room was too small. The toilet was making a huge noise in both rooms.

I got great value for my money at Zentral Hotel Ramiro I. The room was clean, comfortable, and even had a nice view of the downtown area. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing lots of useful information about the city.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety in the buffet.

the staff is outstandingly accommodating here, the services are excellent, and location is absolutely perfect adjacent to old town and restaurants and oviedo city center. they offer neat, huge rooms with a window overlooking exhausts.

Location is almost perfect. Close to the old town, although I'm not sure about the other hotels, the town is not too big itself. Nice breakfast (had kiwis and pineapples), but still not too much for vegetarians. My room was not too big, but a nice one. Staff at the reception speaks English on a decent level.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the rooms were surprisingly spacious and had beautiful bathrooms. Despite being a bit dated, they were very clean and well-maintained. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was uphill from the Campo San Francisco and within walking distance of the old town. Lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us, like when Gabriel at the front desk found a locksmith for us on a Saturday. The breakfast buffet was also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order eggs and bacon.

No negatives, everything was perfect.

Excellent service, very pleasant overall, clean and confortable rooms, professional and kind staff, adequate breakfast cooked breakfast optional, excellent location, next room cafeteria with very good ´pinchos´. I would recommend it any time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo. the hotel was in an ideal position and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was very good.
